Why don't they have this for Kit?

Reading my new catalog, the description for Kit's new scooter says she uses it for delivering her eggs. I then thought...

Why don't they have an egg-delivery set for Kit? Some plastic eggs, a little red wagon and even a little box with some 1933 quarters in it, since they're 25c a dozen.

I knew she delivered eggs since I read her book years ago but didn't even think of the idea until the scooter came out.

Does anyone remember if Kit's wagon is metal or wood? I know it's red. I think it's wood but I'll have to check my Kit illustrations.

Ok, there's an illustration on page 40 and on page 36 of Happy Birthday. The wagon is wood, and only the trim and wheels are red, the rest is just unpainted wood color. The wheels I think are metal with little black rubber tires.

It's got a black base and wheels instead of red, but has the same overall wooden body.
